21 Years : A Major Milestone and Event

Dear 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬, 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐅𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲,

I am thrilled to be sending you this message on the 21st Anniversary of Quantum’s commencement. No words are enough to adequately acknowledge and thank the many people who have made this possible.

First and foremost is Quantum’s tireless team of professionals who convert ideas into reality, and live their products day and night. We would achieve a fraction without their deep dedication, but equally, the support from their families, who are the true heroes.

Quantum’s journey at the end of these 21 years has perhaps brought us full circle where we again examine our 𝑅𝑎𝑖𝑠𝑜𝑛 𝑑𝑒 𝐸𝑡𝑟𝑒 – our 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐁𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠. Many people interpret this differently, but quite simply, what is Quantum’s justification? Just as Michael Jordan’s was Basketball.

After having spent a long time building good software, we have introspected and rediscovered what we must do in the next 3 to 5 years to be a leader who is relevant to the industry, a technological differentiator, but still commercially successful.

Our vision, strategy, and mission have all been re-written which I hope to share in the coming weeks.

Over the last year, we built an HSE product that was radically, dramatically, and fundamentally different and significantly better from both, best practice leaders, as well as industry specialists. Its speed of adoption is a testament to its success.

However, having done the hard lifting for this product, it is clear that technology today gives us exceptional levers through AI and ML, and this is the rudder we must steer our products.

While the last year has been about some great successes, I’d especially like to acknowledge one particular terminal regrettably I cannot name, for reposing their trust in Quantum to build them an HSE Product beyond any others. Thank you!

During this week, the Digital Marketing team will be putting out short separate messages on some of the elements I have touched upon in my message, and I’d be deeply grateful for your taking a moment to read, and get in touch should they be relevant.
