My team at Quantum BSO hears me say this again, and again, and again and AGAIN.

" At some time, all of you need to understand the following:

The greatest gift to you from God is your life.....
In this life, the greatest gift is to wake up each day....
And in each day, the most valuable thing is time....
As such, the greatest gift to you is time, is time, is TIME !!

Time only comes to you once and if it passes the grain of sand cannot come back,
You need to think about that, the present, is that ONE grain of sand,
You can use that grain of sand positively and effectively, or it is lost forever,
Time can never be relived, and what is lost and wasted cannot be recovered !!

Think about what God’s gift means to you, your life, and your day, and your journey,
And think of guidance each coach or I can give you ……….

I am a simple person who has experienced much in life,
I have failed as much as I have succeeded,
I wasted as much time as I have gained success,
I have now 48 years of work experience, but only 24 years of wisdom.

You are ALL young, and you have your entire lives to lead,
But learn this lesson early to make yours a good, positive, productive life !!

The choice is yours, and yours alone....
But in Quantum, when you work in your team, on your product and when you work with me………….

DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME ……
BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT HAVE THE TIME TO DO IT AGAIN !! "

PS: "Carpe diem" is a Latin phrase that translates to "seize the day". It encourages people to make the most of the present moment and not postpone enjoyment or action, as the future is uncertain. It is a call to live fully in the present and appreciate the opportunities life offers.

The phrase originates from the Roman poet Horace, who used it in his Odes to advise living in the present and not dwelling on the future. In essence, "carpe diem" is a philosophical reminder to embrace the now and make the most of each day.
