Coming off an 18 month development cycle of our state-of-the-art HSE software, the QAVACH, there is understandably an immense sense of pride and achievement. Many who see the software (sorry - solutions :) ) are calling it a "game changer" for safety in ports and terminals.

Through the early marketing and sales cycles of the Qavach, we found that most of the terminals we spoke with had a laundry list of "pain-points" and were very interested in the "Pain-Relievers". Once the value additions and gains were known, there was ample time to speak about the software and its design. The narrative was clearly established as a solution first.

This allowed a constructive discussion to evolve where the fundamental was ROI as opposed to the cost of the software and the TCO. I must say, this was a pleasant paradigm shift from the hard bargaining experience in enterprise software sales.

And finally, it allowed us to speak about a strategy on how the Qavach could assist the terminal in creating a Safety Culture. It has opened our roadmap to enhancing training, video catalogues, sign-posts and cautions, improved preventive and predictive safety, and enhanced dashboards and reports.

Should you wish to have a chat on our "Pain Point" assessment found in HSE at terminals, or evaluate the Qavach to see what your ROI could be - drop us a line.

And should you have ideas on how we could add greater value to your HSE processes through the Qavach of sharing of ideas - we would love to hear them.
